Tanggung Jawab
- Execute sales strategies and action plans to achieve and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular site visits to hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions in the Bandung area.
- Present and demonstrate product portfolios to doctors, hospital staff, and procurement officers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Process sales orders, prepare accurate quotations, and manage necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and sales campaigns.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the medical equipment or healthcare industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Valid Indonesian Driver’s License (SIM A) and willingness to travel for field visits.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
