- Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies for Specialty Coffee in HORECA sector
- Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships with hotels, restaurants, and cafes
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns aligned with seasonal market demands
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
- Manage sales pipelines and achieve quarterly B2B revenue targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Prepare monthly sales performance reports and strategic recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in F&B/HORECA industry
- Proven track record in developing and executing promotional campaigns

- Deep understanding of Indonesian HORECA market dynamics
