In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key driver for cross-territory business development, focusing on pipeline sourcing and relationship preservation across the vibrant markets of East Java and Bali. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and ensuring the sustained growth of our client portfolio.

Tanggung Jawab
- Drive business development strategies and execute sales plans across the East Java and Bali territories.
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities to expand the sales pipeline.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular follow-ups.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with brand campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to company revenue.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the local market dynamics in East Java and Bali.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driving license is preferred for field activities.
