You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and ensuring the sustained growth of our client portfolio.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Drive business development strategies and execute sales plans across the East Java and Bali territories.
  • Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities to expand the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular follow-ups.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with brand campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to company revenue.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the local market dynamics in East Java and Bali.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license is preferred for field activities.
