Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute property marketing strategies to drive sales conversions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and real estate partners
- Conduct property viewings and present development features to prospective clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation
- Collaborate with design and finance teams to tailor Sharia-compliant offerings
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches
- Manage customer relationship database for ongoing engagement and retention
- Prepare sales reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Real Estate (D3/S1 equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property sales or marketing
- Deep understanding of Sharia-compliant financial practices
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient in CRM software and digital marketing tools
- Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities
- Results-driven with proven track record of meeting targets
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with English proficiency preferred
