As we continue to dominate the Indonesian padel scene with world-class facilities and top-ranked coaching, we need a visionary leader to amplify our brand presence, engage our community, and drive growth through digital innovation.
In this role, you will be the voice of Tamora Padel Club. You will be responsible for crafting high-impact social media campaigns, managing influencer partnerships, and creating content that reflects our premium club atmosphere. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to increase brand awareness.
- Create high-quality, engaging content, including photography, short-form video (Reels/TikToks), and compelling copy.
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, from promotional events and tournament coverage to membership drives.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize ROI and engagement.
- Collaborate with our top-ranked coaching staff to showcase our training programs and academy achievements.
- Manage local community outreach and partnerships to solidify Tamora Padel Club as the hub for lifestyle sports in Batam.
- Stay updated with the latest padel industry trends and digital marketing best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in the sports, hospitality, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in content creation and social media growth.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing apps (CapCut, Premiere Rush).
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media analytics and translate data into actionable insights.
- Deep passion for sports and a genuine interest in the growing Padel community.
