Our team in Garut is looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to drive growth, manage our Brokering (BRO) network, and ensure the continued success of our electronic product portfolio.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the marketing activities, developing strategies to maximize dealer engagement, and leading a team to achieve aggressive sales targets. You will act as the primary link between the company and our partners, ensuring that our financing products are effectively promoted and that customer acquisition goals are consistently met. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the electronics division to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the marketing staff and brokering team to ensure high performance and operational efficiency.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and refine sales approaches.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers, agents, and business partners to ensure seamless cooperation.
- Monitor daily sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Organize promotional events and campaigns to increase brand visibility in the Garut region.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or the multi-finance industry.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing successful sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic CRM tools.
