In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the motor vehicle financing sales team, driving business growth, and ensuring we meet our regional targets. You will foster a high-performance culture, mentor sales staff, and build strong relationships with dealer partners and customers across Ternate. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly motor financing targets.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of marketing officers to ensure optimal sales performance and productivity.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in Ternate to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with motorcycle dealers and business partners to boost lead generation.
- Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, ethical standards, and SOPs.
- Prepare regular sales reports and conduct performance analysis for regional management.
- Participate in local marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and market share for Kreditplus.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing or sales management, preferably in the multi-finance or automotive industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage remote or field-based teams.
- Deep understanding of automotive financing products and the local Ternate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the Ternate region.
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
