Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to boost property sales and brand visibility.
- Supervise daily marketing operations and provide guidance to team members to ensure performance targets are met.
- Actively scout for potential buyers and manage end-to-end client relationships from inquiry to closing.
- Conduct property site visits and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the Pekanbaru property market.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analytics for management review.
- Collaborate with the internal team to organize open house events and property exhibitions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent.
- Age: Maximum 35 years old.
- Proven experience: At least 1 year in a similar marketing or sales role (Real Estate experience is a significant advantage).
- Strong target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Possess a valid driver's license and have personal transportation for field operations.
