You will act as the bridge between our sales team and our clients, managing everything from initial price quotations to final purchase order processing. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and deliver accurate price quotations for project, retail, and distributor segments.
- Manage the end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) process, ensuring all documentation is correct and approved.
- Monitor transaction status and follow up with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain and update customer database records and sales activity logs.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to track shipment status and resolve delivery issues.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team for campaigns and product launches.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and summaries for management review.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries regarding orders and product availability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Fast learner, adaptable to new software and company CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset.
