Join Indomobil Finance, a leading financial institution, as a Marketing & Surveyor for our Ternate branch. We're seeking a dynamic professional to drive sales growth for our diverse portfolio including 2-wheelers (Roda 2), 4-wheelers (Roda 4), and multi-purpose loans (Kredit Multiguna) across Ternate, Weda, and Sofifi. This role combines strategic marketing with field surveying to expand our customer base while maintaining service excellence in North Maluku.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers for 2-wheelers, 4-wheelers, and multi-purpose loans
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns in Ternate, Weda, and Sofifi regions
- Perform client surveys to assess eligibility and suitability for loan products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, partners, and key stakeholders
- Prepare detailed sales reports and market trend analyses
- Collaborate with credit teams to ensure smooth loan processing
- Stay updated on product knowledge and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales or marketing in financial services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Knowledge of North Maluku market preferred
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned areas
