DFI Retail Group is seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Tech Lead to anchor our Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) evolution. In this mission-critical role, you will be the architectural backbone of our digital marketing ecosystem, bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and retail business goals. You will take ownership of the end-to-end technical landscape, ensuring our marketing stack is scalable, highly integrated, and built to drive personalized customer experiences at scale.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and oversee the end-to-end design of our Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) to ensure high performance and scalability.
- Define and enforce engineering governance, coding standards, and documentation processes across the MarTech stack.
- Lead complex system integrations between CRM, marketing automation, e-commerce platforms, and data warehouses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Manage the lifecycle of MarTech tools, from vendor evaluation and selection to implementation and optimization.
- Ensure robust data security, privacy compliance, and system reliability across all customer-facing touchpoints.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in technical architecture, software engineering, or MarTech implementation.
- Proven expertise with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, or Braze).
- Strong proficiency in API design (REST/GraphQL), microservices architecture, and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Deep understanding of data architecture, SQL/NoSQL databases, and real-time data streaming technologies.
- Experience in Agile development environments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
