Are you an e-commerce powerhouse with a passion for driving growth? PT Rama Digital Teknologi Nusantara is looking for a dynamic Marketplace Store Operations Lead to oversee our digital storefronts. In this pivotal role, you will be the engine behind our marketplace success, ensuring seamless operations, high customer satisfaction, and continuous revenue growth across multiple platforms.

You will lead a high-performing team to execute marketing campaigns, manage inventory logistics, and optimize product visibility. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in platform algorithms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada), analytical prowess to interpret sales data, and a proactive approach to solving operational bottlenecks. If you are data-driven, obsessed with conversion rates, and ready to scale operations in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketplace strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Lead and mentor the operations team to ensure daily store health, order processing, and customer support standards are met.
  • Analyze marketplace performance metrics (traffic, conversion, ROI) and implement optimizations to drive store growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute high-impact promotional campaigns and flash sales.
  • Manage end-to-end inventory health, including replenishment planning and aged stock clearance.
  • Coordinate with platform relationship managers to secure visibility spots and participate in strategic brand programs.
  • Maintain high store ratings and resolve escalated customer issues to protect brand reputation.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada).
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing teams.
  • Advanced analytical skills, specifically in data reporting, trend analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Deep understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO for products, and paid advertisement tools (Ads/Boost).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a hands-on attitude.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-evolving digital retail environment.
