Tanggung Jawab
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on aerospace and marine equipment and systems.
- Assist Senior Engineers in technical assessments, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of engineering issues.
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support production operations by preparing tools, equipment, and documentation.
- Document work completed, including findings and recommendations, in technical reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and resolve technical challenges.
- Participate in training programs to continuously upgrade technical knowledge and skills.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment by adhering to company policies and regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Marine, or equivalent).
- Prior experience in a maintenance or engineering role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts or overtime when required.
