Jiwa Group, the powerhouse behind Kopi Janji Jiwa, is looking for a dedicated Mass Recruitment Rider to join our team in Tangerang. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our rapid expansion by sourcing, screening, and onboarding high-quality delivery personnel to support our growing ecosystem.

We are seeking a results-oriented professional who excels in high-volume hiring environments. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail or F&B industry setting and have a knack for building a pipeline of reliable riders, we want to hear from you. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our operational standards are met by deploying the right talent at the right time.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute end-to-end mass recruitment processes for rider/delivery positions.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to determine hiring needs and operational requirements.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job portals, and community networking, to attract talent.
  • Conduct high-volume screening, interviews, and background checks effectively.
  • Manage the entire onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of candidates and provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics.
  • Monitor and improve the conversion rate of the recruitment funnel to meet aggressive hiring targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field (Psychology, Management, or Communications preferred).
  • Proven experience in mass recruitment, preferably in F&B, Logistics, or Retail industries.
  • Strong understanding of field operations and rider management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with diverse candidate profiles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) for data management and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel within the Tangerang area for recruitment events or field activities.
  • High level of integrity, discipline, and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
