Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical malfunctions in massage chair systems
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of massage chair components
- Order replacement parts and maintain inventory of technical supplies
- Document repair processes and maintain detailed service records
- Provide technical guidance to junior technicians and customer support teams
- Stay updated on industry advancements and new repair technologies
- Collaborate with product development teams to improve product reliability
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certification in electronics/mechanical engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience repairing consumer electronics or medical equipment
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and service manuals
- Strong diagnostic skills with mechanical and electrical systems
- Valid driver's license and willingness for occasional on-site service calls
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills for documentation and inventory management
- Ability to lift 25kg equipment and work in various physical positions
