Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional massage therapies including Swedish, deep tissue, and aromatherapy treatments
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate massage techniques
- Maintain clean, sanitized treatment areas and equipment
- Manage client bookings and schedule appointments efficiently
- Track client progress and maintain confidential treatment records
- Adhere to safety protocols and hygiene standards
- Provide personalized aftercare advice to clients
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client experience
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional massage therapy experience
- Strong work ethic with honesty, politeness, and friendliness
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of anatomy and therapeutic massage techniques
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Willingness to pursue additional certifications if needed
