Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional massage treatments including Swedish, deep tissue, Balinese, and aromatherapy
- Conduct client consultations to customize treatments based on individual needs
- Maintain pristine treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is sanitized
- Upsell spa packages and retail products to enhance guest experiences
- Document client preferences and treatment history for personalized service
- Collaborate with therapists to coordinate seamless guest flow
- Adhere to hygiene protocols and safety standards
- Stay updated on new massage techniques and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Certified massage therapist with minimum 2 years professional experience
- Valid Indonesian massage therapy license or equivalent international certification
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and client relationship abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency preferred
- Professional appearance and excellent hygiene standards
- Experience in resort/spa settings highly desirable
