You'll operate advanced automation systems while maintaining constant quality checks for audio/video signals. The position requires rapid response to technical anomalies during live broadcasts, with responsibilities including equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, and documentation of operational logs. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control all MCR equipment including servers, routers, and automation systems
- Ensure accurate and timely broadcast of programming materials and advertisements
- Operate broadcast automation platforms with precision during live and pre-recorded transmissions
- Perform real-time troubleshooting of audio/video signal anomalies
- Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of broadcast equipment
- Maintain detailed operational logs and incident reports
- Coordinate with engineering teams during system upgrades or emergencies
- Adhere to broadcast standards and regulatory compliance protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, IT, or Broadcast Technology
- Minimum 2 years of experience in broadcast operations or MCR environments
- Proficiency with broadcast automation systems (e.g., Ross, Grass Valley, EVS)
- Strong knowledge of signal flow, video/audio standards, and broadcast protocols
- Ability to perform under pressure during critical broadcast periods
- Technical certifications in broadcast engineering (e.g., SCTE) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with rapid decision-making abilities
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
