Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement master data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity across all business units
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and establish quality metrics
- Execute data cleansing, standardization, and enrichment processes
- Monitor data quality KPIs and implement corrective actions
- Develop reports and dashboards to visualize data trends and anomalies
- Support data migration projects and system integrations
- Train business users on data management best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data management or MDM implementation
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work effectively during mid-shift hours (4 PM - 12 AM)
