Kurz Production, a leader in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics sector, is looking for a meticulous Master Data Management Officer to join our Seri Iskandar, Perak team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the accurate management of master data within our SAP system while providing essential production support. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain master data records in SAP (material, vendor, customer, etc.)
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards
- Support production teams by resolving data-related issues and providing timely information
- Collaborate with departments to enhance data quality and process efficiency
- Conduct regular data audits and implement corrective actions
- Assist in data migration, system integration, and SAP projects
- Generate and analyze data reports for management decision-making
- Train staff on master data best practices and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in master data management, preferably in manufacturing
- Proficiency in SAP (master data modules) is mandatory
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with data tools is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay
