Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute the comprehensive MDM strategy, roadmap, and governance framework to align with business objectives.
- Define, document, and enforce master data standards, policies, and procedures across all domains (Customer, Product, Supplier, Finance).
- Lead data profiling, cleansing, harmonization, and enrichment projects to ensure high-quality master data.
- Act as the primary steward for master data integrity, performing root cause analysis on data quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with business process owners to identify data requirements and resolve data conflicts across departments.
- Oversee the configuration and maintenance of MDM tools and systems (e.g., Informatica, SAP MDG) to optimize data workflows.
- Generate and present data quality dashboards and KPIs to management, driving a culture of data-driven decision making.
- Manage data integration processes (ETL/ELT) to ensure seamless data flow between enterprise applications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Stewardship.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data structures, and database design principles.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools.
- Experience with data quality tools and methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the ICT or BPO industry is a plus.
