Vismotor Corporation is seeking a meticulous and highly analytical Master Data & Reporting Associate to join our growing team in Talamban, Cebu. As a key contributor to our Information & Communication Technology department, you will be responsible for the integrity and management of our core supply chain data. This role is vital in ensuring that our operational decisions are backed by accurate, real-time information.
In this position, you will act as the gatekeeper of our master data, overseeing everything from SKU registration to vendor master files. You will not only maintain data but also transform it into meaningful reports that drive supply chain efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across ERP and supply chain management systems.
- Create and maintain comprehensive reports on inventory levels, procurement cycles, and supply chain performance indicators.
- Perform regular data cleansing and audits to identify and rectify discrepancies in the system.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline data collection processes and improve data entry workflows.
- Develop automated reporting templates using advanced Excel or BI tools to enhance operational visibility.
- Monitor data migration projects and provide support during system upgrades or integrations.
- Enforce data governance policies to ensure compliance with company standards and security protocols.
- Provide analytical support to management for strategic decision-making regarding supply chain operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related Business field.
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience in data management, reporting, or supply chain analysis.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, and complex formulas).
- Strong familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise software).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify trends.
- High level of attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
