In this role, you will be the backbone of our data management strategy. You will collaborate closely with Data Stewards and the Data Management Group (DMG) Head to ensure that our organizational data remains accurate, consistent, and actionable. As a Master Data Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in recommending, reviewing, and approving changes to data quality reports, ensuring that our business decisions are supported by reliable information.

Tanggung Jawab
- Review and validate master data changes to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Analyze data quality reports and provide actionable recommendations for improvement to the DMG Head.
- Support Data Stewards in maintaining the integrity of data across various enterprise systems.
- Monitor data consistency, identify discrepancies, and perform root-cause analysis to resolve data issues.
- Document master data processes, workflows, and standards to ensure departmental transparency.
- Assist in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing data governance frameworks.
- Participate in periodic data audits to ensure adherence to data management best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data management, data administration, or master data maintenance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Understanding of data governance principles and data quality metrics.
