Tanggung Jawab
- Safely command and navigate offshore support vessels in Indonesian waters
- Lead crew operations during dynamic positioning and cargo transfer missions
- Enforce strict safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Coordinate with port authorities and offshore installation teams
- Manage vessel maintenance schedules and equipment inspections
- Implement voyage planning and weather routing strategies
- Maintain compliance with SOLAS, MARPOL, and flag state regulations
Kualifikasi
- Valid Master Mariner Class 1 Certificate (Indonesian flag)
- Minimum 5 years experience on offshore support vessels
- DPO or DP2 certification preferred
- Proven track record in crew management and training
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian maritime regulations
- Advanced emergency response and crisis management skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
