Are you a visionary urban planner or architect with a passion for sustainable development? Samara Lombok is seeking a highly skilled Master Planning Manager to steward the long-term vision of our landmark estate. In this pivotal role, you will be the custodian of our project's spatial strategy, responsible for the harmonious integration of plots, infrastructure, roads, and vibrant public spaces.
As the Master Planning Manager, you will work at the intersection of creative design and technical feasibility. You will be instrumental in translating our architectural vision into a functional roadmap, ensuring that every development milestone aligns with our commitment to quality, environmental sustainability, and aesthetic excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic planning and design development of the entire estate masterplan.
- Coordinate with architectural, engineering, and landscape design consultants to ensure design integrity.
- Manage the phasing of site developments, including plot sub-divisions, road networks, and utility layouts.
- Ensure all master planning activities strictly adhere to local regulatory requirements and land-use zoning laws.
- Monitor site progress and ensure that built environments align with the approved masterplan vision.
- Collaborate with internal project management teams to resolve spatial conflicts during construction.
- Maintain high standards of environmental sustainability and aesthetic quality throughout the estate.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in large-scale master planning or real estate development projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software, GIS, and 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, Rhino, or Revit).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian property law, zoning regulations, and construction standards.
- Proven ability to manage complex multidisciplinary design teams and external consultants.
- Exceptional analytical skills with an eye for detail in land use and spatial circulation.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian.
