Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and optimize master production schedules to align with demand forecasts and capacity constraints
- Coordinate material procurement and inventory management to prevent shortages and excess stock
- Monitor production progress and resolve scheduling conflicts through proactive communication with department heads
- Analyze historical data and trends to improve forecast accuracy and planning efficiency
- Implement capacity planning strategies to optimize resource utilization across manufacturing facilities
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of finished products to customers
- Generate regular performance reports and KPI dashboards for management review
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions in planning workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced knowledge of inventory management principles and production methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and metrics
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Proven problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis
- Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) is advantageous
