Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize capacity utilization
- Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless workflow integration
- Analyze production data and adjust schedules based on material availability, machine capacity, and labor resources
- Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and production efficiency
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in scheduling processes and systems
- Prepare weekly/monthly production reports and performance dashboards
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to manage order fulfillment priorities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production scheduling or manufacturing planning
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and scheduling software (e.g., Asprova, Preactor)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex production data
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory management
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
