Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and implement engaging, standards-based lessons for elementary students across various subjects
- Utilize effective instructional strategies and modern teaching methodologies to enhance student learning outcomes
- Monitor, assess, and evaluate student progress through regular quizzes, examinations, and performance tasks
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
- Develop and adapt curriculum materials aligned with the Department of Education curriculum guidelines
- Participate actively in faculty meetings, professional development trainings, and school activities
- Mentor and guide students to foster their academic, social, and emotional development
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and development reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education or relevant bachelor's degree with at least 18 units in professional education
- Valid Professional Teacher's License (PRC Licensed Teacher) required
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in elementary education preferred
- Strong proficiency in teaching fundamental subjects including Mathematics, Science, English, and Filipino
- Excellent classroom management skills and ability to handle diverse student needs
- Effective communication skills in both Filipino and English
- Proficiency in educational technology and modern teaching tools
- Must be a Filipino citizen with a clean record and good moral character
