Join Liberty Commercial Center as a Material, Assets, and Supplies Manager and drive operational excellence through strategic inventory management. This pivotal role oversees the entire lifecycle of materials, assets, and supplies – from procurement and storage to distribution and disposal. You'll optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and ensure seamless supply chain operations that support our commercial and manufacturing activities. Your expertise will directly impact cost efficiency, operational continuity, and regulatory compliance across our Albay-based operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast needs, negotiate with suppliers, and implement best-in-class inventory control systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize holding costs
- Coordinate procurement processes for materials, equipment, and office supplies through vendor negotiations and contract management
- Conduct regular audits of physical assets and supplies to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Monitor supply chain performance and implement corrective actions for disruptions or inefficiencies
- Manage asset lifecycle including maintenance scheduling, disposal procedures, and depreciation tracking
- Generate inventory reports and analytics to support operational decision-making
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards for material handling
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in materials management, procurement, or logistics
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret inventory data and trends
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities
- Knowledge of Philippine supply chain regulations and best practices
- Certification in supply chain management (CSCP, CPIM) preferred
