- Monitor and control material requisitions to ensure compliance with Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Track material usage and inventory levels across multiple construction sites
- Compare contractor material requests against approved BOQ and identify discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of material issuance, receipts, and inventory status
- Generate regular reports on material consumption and variances
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely material delivery
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization in material usage
- Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in materials control or quantity surveying
- Familiarity with Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and construction project documentation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of construction materials and their proper usage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment
