Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain accurate material records and delivery schedules
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems and procedures
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with production planning teams to align material availability with production schedules
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory records
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Prepare inventory reports and provide recommendations for cost optimization
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in material control, inventory management, or logistics
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain principles
