Join Yamaha Motor as a Material Control Staff and play a pivotal role in optimizing our production supply chain. In this dynamic position, you will be the bridge between warehouse operations and the production floor (Genba). You will be responsible for calculating precise storage area requirements, managing the implementation of re-layouts, and ensuring the seamless arrival of parts to keep our manufacturing lines running efficiently.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform calculations for storage area requirements and control the implementation of re-layouts coordinated with the Genba (production floor).
- Monitor and control the arrival of parts, ensuring timely availability for production schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to prevent discrepancies.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to resolve material shortages and address handling issues immediately.
- Analyze material usage patterns to optimize stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and operational efficiency within the material handling areas.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Material Control, Warehouse Management, or Production Planning.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and Genba management methodologies.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
