Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for logistics and inventory precision? uhomes.com is looking for a dedicated Material Controller to join our growing operations team in Meycauayan City, Bulacan. In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that materials are accurately tracked, stored, and distributed to support our fast-paced operational demands.
As a Material Controller, you will play a critical role in optimizing our inventory health, minimizing waste, and maintaining high standards of data integrity. We are looking for a candidate who is highly organized, proactive in resolving discrepancies, and capable of working effectively within a manufacturing and logistics-driven environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and update real-time inventory levels to ensure zero stock-outs and accurate reporting.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely distribution of materials to production or operational sites.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to reconcile warehouse records with system data.
- Implement and maintain rigorous inventory control procedures to minimize loss and damage.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to streamline supply chain workflows.
- Document all incoming and outgoing material movements using the company’s inventory management system.
- Identify process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and storage utilization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with company safety policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Material Controller, Inventory Clerk, or Warehouse Coordinator.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in data.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a cross-functional team.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in material handling.
- Ability to work full-time in Meycauayan City, Bulacan.
- Disciplined approach to documentation and record-keeping.
