YPTT Solutions Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Material Controller to support our Data Center project. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of construction materials, ensuring that inventory accuracy, timely delivery, and efficient site coordination are maintained to support project milestones.
As a Material Controller, you will play a key role in supply chain operations, overseeing receiving procedures, stock management, and detailed reporting. You will utilize advanced Excel skills to track material flow, analyze consumption patterns, and ensure that the site has the necessary resources to proceed without delays. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full material lifecycle, including receiving, warehousing, issuing, and disposal of construction materials.
- Conduct regular stock takes and inventory reconciliation (stock opname) to ensure data accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate inventory reports, material requisition logs, and usage statistics using Excel.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials to the Data Center site.
- Monitor material consumption rates and identify trends to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
- Collaborate closely with site engineers and project managers to align material supply with construction schedules.
- Ensure all storage areas are organized, safe, and comply with company and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in material control, inventory management, or logistics within the construction or infrastructure industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions for data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting.
- Deep understanding of inventory control procedures, including stock opname, cycle counting, and reconciliation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to work in a dynamic field environment at the construction site in Tangerang.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
