Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze material properties and behavior under various conditions to ensure compatibility with production processes.
- Develop and execute comprehensive material testing protocols and quality control procedures.
- Manage raw material inventory levels to prevent production downtime and ensure timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with external suppliers to select high-quality materials and negotiate favorable terms.
- Conduct root cause analysis for material defects and implement corrective actions.
- Optimize material usage to reduce waste, lower costs, and improve overall efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, ISO standards, and environmental guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in material engineering or production quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, material properties, and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with technical teams and management.
