Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming shipments.
- Maintain 100% database integrity by accurately recording all stock movements within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full-scale stocktaking to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Handle materials safely, ensuring adherence to all workplace health and safety (WHS) protocols.
- Perform comprehensive documentation control for all outgoing and incoming cargo.
- Coordinate with internal logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and distribution.
- Identify and report any damaged or discrepant materials immediately to warehouse supervision.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level or equivalent vocational certification.
- Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management databases.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift/handle heavy materials safely.
- A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.
- Possession of a valid Forklift Operator License is a significant advantage.
