Tanggung Jawab
- Verify material part numbers and exact quantities against Goods Receipt (GR) slips and purchase orders.
- Update MRP systems accurately to reflect materials movement and ensure real-time inventory visibility.
- Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage conditions, labeling, and organization of all warehouse materials to facilitate efficient retrieval.
- Assist in the logistics process, including material dispatching, packing, and loading of outbound trucks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with MRP or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a strong advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn internal software applications quickly.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items as required by the role.
