In this role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain, ensuring that raw materials and finished goods are handled with the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
As a Material Handler, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for the seamless flow of inventory, from receiving shipments to preparing outbound orders. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in maintaining an organized and safe workspace. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily warehouse operations including loading, unloading, and staging of materials.
- Perform accurate receiving and dispatching of goods according to shipping schedules.
- Maintain precise inventory counts through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Organize warehouse space to ensure optimal flow and safety compliance.
- Prepare packing lists and documentation for shipments.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks and warehouse reporting.
- Ensure all health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols are followed at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Possession of a valid forklift driving license/certificate is mandatory.
- Strong physical stamina, with the ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management and administrative reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to track inventory accurately.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
- Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
- Ability to work rotating shifts if required by operational demands.
