Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move raw materials, packaging, and finished goods throughout the facility.
- Perform meticulous loading and unloading of shipments, ensuring accuracy and minimal damage to products.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on material handling equipment to ensure operational readiness and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with 5S and workplace safety standards.
- Accurately document inventory movements and assist in regular cycle counts and stock audits.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to the production line.
- Follow strictly all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regarding handling and storage of specialized packaging materials.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate; vocational training in heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Must possess a valid Professional Driver’s License with Restriction Code 8 (Forklift certification is highly preferred).
- Proven experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, or Forklift Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and logistics best practices.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in varied shift schedules.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to track inventory records accurately.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
