Tanggung Jawab
- Handle and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory through systematic stock counting, documentation, and reconciliation processes
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environments following safety protocols
- Load/unload shipments and verify product accuracy against shipping/receiving documents
- Operate warehouse management systems for inventory tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to meet daily operational targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately to supervisors
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing
- Ability to lift 25-50kg repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Valid forklift license (if applicable) and adherence to safety regulations
