We are currently seeking a high-caliber Material Handler III to join our dynamic Logistics team in Singapore. In this senior-level role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our supply chain, ensuring that critical components and high-value equipment are managed with precision and efficiency.
As a Material Handler III, you are more than just a warehouse operator; you are a key contributor to our manufacturing excellence. You will oversee the end-to-end flow of goods, from the moment materials arrive at our docks to the final dispatch of finished products to our global clients. This role requires a blend of physical dexterity, technical proficiency with inventory systems, and a proactive mindset toward process improvement.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the receiving process by inspecting incoming materials for quality and quantity against purchase orders.
- Execute complex packing and crating procedures for sensitive semiconductor machinery to ensure safe global transit.
- Manage inventory accuracy by performing daily cycle counts and investigating any stock discrepancies.
- Operate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track movement, storage, and retrieval of materials.
- Safely operate material handling equipment, including reach trucks and forklifts, in a high-traffic environment.
- Coordinate with the Production and Quality departments to prioritize material flow for urgent manufacturing requirements.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to 5S lean manufacturing standards.
- Train and mentor junior material handlers on warehouse best practices and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the semiconductor or electronics sector.
- Valid Singapore Forklift Driver's License is required.
- Strong proficiency in ERP software, specifically SAP or Oracle Warehouse Management modules.
- Demonstrated ability to handle delicate and high-value technical components.
- Physical capability to lift up to 25kg and remain active throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Educational background with a NITEC or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for documentation purposes.
