Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end warehouse activities including receiving, inspection, packing, storage, and material issuance.
- Perform accurate cycle counting and inventory reconciliation to ensure system data integrity.
- Manage the picking and packing of components for production lines, ensuring timely delivery to meet manufacturing schedules.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently in compliance with company protocols.
- Maintain organized and safe warehouse documentation, including shipping labels, delivery orders, and inventory logs.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to resolve material discrepancies or shortages.
- Adhere strictly to 5S methodology to ensure a clean, efficient, and hazards-free workspace.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or NITEC/Higher NITEC in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Possession of a valid Forklift License is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex inventory data accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Flexibility to perform shift work if required to support operational demand.
