Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and goods dispatch
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and traceability
- Oversee safe handling of materials using appropriate equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Conduct regular warehouse audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company protocols
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and operational workflows
- Collaborate with transportation teams for timely order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate documentation of warehouse activities and inventory movements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in logistics or supply chain preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse operations or material handling
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments with heavy lifting
- Basic knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
