Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and sorting of materials according to operational requirements.
- Ensure timely loading and unloading of goods while maintaining strict safety standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and quality checks to ensure stock accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks or scanners) in accordance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to facilitate efficient workflow.
- Report any discrepancies or damage to materials to the floor supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level, or relevant vocational certification.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in an active, hands-on environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a team.
- Strong commitment to punctuality and attendance.
- Basic proficiency in English to interpret operational documents and safety labels.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts or overtime if required by business needs.
