Tanggung Jawab
- Perform receiving, checking, and accurate storage of incoming materials and goods.
- Assist with picking, packing, and dispatching of outgoing products and components according
- Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as forklifts or pallet jacks safely and efficiently (certification a plus).
- Maintain accurate inventory records through proper documentation and system updates (e.g., Warehouse Management Systems).
- Conduct regular stock checks and actively participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and strict adherence to safety protocols and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
- Collaborate effectively with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and integrated operations.
- Assist in other ad-hoc warehouse duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level certification or equivalent.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Material Handler, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or biotech environment.
- Possession of a valid forklift license would be a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 15-20kg) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive attitude.
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be comfortable with a contract employment type and an immediate start.
