Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily receiving, storage, and distribution of materials, ensuring all items are handled with care and accuracy.
- Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with HSY HSE standards and the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and stock checks to ensure inventory records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipping documents, and ensuring proper palletizing.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure production lines have the materials they need on time.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level qualification; a Diploma in Logistics or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment is highly desirable.
- Valid Forklift License (Operator's License) is a mandatory requirement.
- Strong understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and procedures.
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and walking during shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or handheld scanners.
