ASFIL is seeking a meticulous Material Inspector to join our engineering team in Pasig City. This critical role ensures all materials meet stringent quality standards before project implementation. You will conduct rigorous inspections, tests, and documentation to maintain compliance with industry regulations and client specifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect incoming raw materials for compliance with technical specifications and quality standards
- Conduct physical and chemical tests on materials including tensile strength, corrosion resistance, and dimensional accuracy
- Maintain detailed inspection logs and prepare comprehensive quality reports
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards, safety protocols, and project requirements
- Verify material certifications and traceability documentation
- Train junior staff on inspection methodologies and quality control procedures
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree or technical certification in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in material inspection or quality control
- Proficiency in using inspection tools (micrometers, hardness testers, spectrometers)
- Knowledge of ASTM, ISO, and other relevant material standards
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Certification in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) is highly desirable
- Excellent written communication for reporting and documentation
