In this role, you will be the backbone of our material management operations, ensuring seamless flow from procurement to final production.
As our Material Leader, you will oversee inventory accuracy, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and implement process improvements that optimize stock levels and reduce waste. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day material handling activities, including receiving, storage, and issuance of raw materials.
- Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and strict stock control procedures.
- Coordinate with the production planning team to ensure timely material availability for manufacturing schedules.
- Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff to ensure safety compliance and high performance.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for cost reduction.
- Oversee supplier documentation and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in material management or warehouse supervision within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Strong knowledge of 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles is a distinct advantage.
