Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee inventory control systems and conduct regular stock audits
- Coordinate receiving, inspection, and storage of raw materials
- Optimize material flow to support injection moulding production schedules
- Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory management practices
- Manage shipping logistics and coordinate with freight carriers
- Analyze inventory data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain accurate records using ERP/MRP systems
- Collaborate with production teams to forecast material requirements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years' experience in materials management or logistics
- Diploma/degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of injection moulding processes and materials
- Expertise in inventory optimization techniques
- Certification in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
