Tanggung Jawab
- Weigh and mix raw plastic materials according to strict technical specifications and recipe cards.
- Operate mixing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to meet production targets.
- Monitor production batches closely to ensure consistency, color accuracy, and material quality.
- Maintain accurate records of material usage, batch numbers, and production logs.
- Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and minor troubleshooting of mixing equipment.
- Collaborate with the production supervisor and quality control team to resolve any issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the plant.
Kualifikasi
- Secondary education (SPM) or equivalent qualification in Technical or Vocational fields.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or plastics industry is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of raw material properties and chemical handling is a strong advantage.
- Ability to read and follow detailed technical instructions and blueprints.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality control standards.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts if required by the production schedule.
